Shipping policy

Items ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx and take an estimated 7-14 business days to deliver. 

*Please be advised that ALL custom designs have a crafting/processing window of 5-15 business days depending upon the design. 

Delays in tracking information: 

Due to COVID-19 and other factors out of our control, shipping to some regions has been delayed. MUSE Men can only give estimates for shipments and is not responsible for delays out of our control. Rest assured, if you have received tracking information, your order has indeed shipped and will begin showing updates once USPS makes them available from their system. 

Shipping Window: 2-5 Weeks

 

*Please be advised that if your order is marked as possible fraud, your order will NOT be fulfilled. Your order will be HELD until your identity is verified.

**ELIGIBLE orders can only be canceled by the customer. (See refund policy)

***If an order is made with no customization, the order will be held for 3 business days. If there is no contact made by the customer, the first name of the customer will be used for ALL customized products within the order. We will also use our default font.

MUSE Men is NOT responsible for stolen packages.

MUSE Men is NOT responsible for jewelry sent to incorrect locations by the customer. Once your jewelry has shipped, there will be no changes to the shipping information. 

*There will be a fee of $13.50 to resend any returned package.

If your package is missing, please contact your local post office. 

Please be vigilant in retrieving packages when they are scheduled to arrive.
