4 x 10 Bulgarian Split Squat…..heel elevated if you’re bad ass.

4 x 10 Single Leg Good morning 

4 x 10 Curtsy Lunges

Kid you not, I burned damn near 1000 calories from this workout alone. Like 97something.

If you’re really about that life, 45 minute Stairmaster climb to heaven.
